We are writing to thank you and your phenomenal team for the superb service we received in the selling of Vicki’s mother’s home at 3363 Colbert Avenue. Immediately upon inspection of the home, you recognized its potential and suggested some small changes for us to make that you felt would improve the sales price by a significant amount. That certainly did the job as we received 14 offers, many for much more than the listing price.
You also had a stable of excellent and reasonably priced contractors. We now plan to use them for a remodel of our own home. They were ably directed by your team assuring that we did not have to get involved.
You and your team were so thorough that we were able to take a long planned vacation before and during escrow. During this time two buyers had second thoughts and pulled out. Each time you were able to negotiate a new deal for the same price as we had originally gotten. Even with all of this going on, you still had the house in escrow within two weeks.
Your negotiating skills were especially tested when the final buyers asked for items to be repaired after agreeing to buy the house “As Is.” You still kept the deal together while getting them to take significantly less than what they were asking for. Again, all of this was done while we were away vacation.
Thankfully, you know a lot about Trust Sales as you had to deal with some very difficult people on our behalf while we were gone. You and your team were up to the task and did a great job of keeping all parties happy and not alienating anyone throughout the entire process.

Over the years I have had the good fortune to work with David Kramer, an agent unlike most others; honest, direct, sincere. David Kramer was the agent who sold our house at 200 South Mapleton Drive in Holmby Hills in 2012 after taking over the listing from a previous agent who had been unable to find a buyer for the property.
